Ditto that, Carvers has been an excellent resource for us with Kubotas. Terry has helped me out in every way I have asked. When a mower they sent me came accidentally without a belt, they immediately sent me 2 belts and oil and air filters for my L48 at no charge for my apparent "inconvience". CARVERS has been superb! I recently purchased a tractor (B2410) from Carver. The whole experience went very smoothly. The tractor arrived just in time to assist in clearing trees from around the house due to the approaching fire. The tractor performed without a flaw, which was critical at the time. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at Carver right down to the delivery truck driver. I didn't even have to rent a flat bed auto wrecker as the delivery truck had ramps.
There was a small glitch in the items delivered, but Carver more than satisfied me to make up for the issue.
I would recomend Carver as a reputable company very well versed in the art of customer service.
