Case 125 excavator!

Just checking to see if anybody has ever run one of these? I found a 87 with hyd thumb local at what i think is a good deal, tested it out today and everything seems to be in good running order, undercarrage was redone not to long ago, hyd pump didnt whine or anything. Any info on this machine would help, thanks

I almost bought a Case HEX once... Someone that knows much more than I do warned me about the leveling system that they have (between the car body and the swing system). Does the one your looking at have this system? It seems to create additional maintenance.

The 125 was part of the poclain designed series. I don't remember anyone saying anything bad about them but I don't remember anyone saying much at all about them. Resale on the "delta" models seems poor but most of the pre summitomo built Case excavators are kinda poor in resale.

The undercarriage leveler was on the drott designed machines only 980s/1080s, The Poclain models didn't have this unusual feature.
