Case 1270 Help

I have a case 1270 and the 3 point hitch won't go down. I have read another forum about the speed control knob, but I can't find it and can't find a pic anywhere. Anyone have a pic of its location?

Also, what are the rear two levers for behind the two rear hydraulics and the 3pt lever?
