Case 380 ck Hydraulics

I have a 1985-1990 case 380 ck (David Brown 885) that the hydraulics will lift in TCU mode, but no other. My research indicates that it could be a stuck spool valve or faulty depth height control linkage. Anybody know anything about the spool valve and how to get to it to check it?
