Working on a 2004 DX45 that the PTO doesn't stop turning. Turns out the brake in the PTO clutch was broke off and the stop plate worn. Is it normal to have about 75 psi on the PTO line when disengaged? We have the service manual and it doesn't have a spec for the disengaged pressure. We don't know if this normal or should be zero. Hate to tear up a new clutch with this pressure working against the brake. Engaged it is about 275 which is about what it should be.
