Gday sounds to me like the pump output is down as it gets worse as the oil warms up and gets thinner, pressure and flow checks would verify it may also be the relief not seating properly but sorry I cant tell you where it is on your tractor. I have on the rare occasion been able to get the relief to seat again by going to bout half throttle and operating the remote lever and holding there for 4-5 seconds sometimes this will flush the seat clean. It takes very little wear in a gear pump to loose capacity.

Thanks! So you don't think that the oil is the problem? I was able to get some diagrams for this tractor and the only thing I was able to find was a pilot relief and a flow divider, and I have disassembled them before when the hydraulic pump wasn't working so they can be messed up. I'm going to take them completely out and i'll try to check if there is any damage in them. As for the pump, when I was resassembling it back, it didn't seem to have any wear or anything weird, it was just too stuck that it was almost impossible to move it by hand. I don't know whether this is normal or not, but I guess it is as the two "pinions" inside it were as good as new, but it could be the bearings that went away.

Ok, so I was able to remove the flow divider and assemble it again and it was in the correct position. But now I have a major problem! The pto won't stop moving. Before I disassemble the flow divider it was normal. Does anyone know what could cause this problem? And if the problem is the flow divider, which is the correct position?
