I have a Case TD 102 Rotary cutter that I cut hay with. I don't have a manual, but I need to know how to time the rotary heads. My cutter is not cutting like it should and it is making a noise like the blades are hitting. Does anyone know this information or can tell me where to find it without having to purchase a manual. Thank you
