I am looking into getting a case sc to use as a small farm tractor potentially. Main task would be to rake hay, run a sickle bar mower, and maybe run an older small baler. HP rating I have seen varied from 22 to 30. It痴 got a lot of weight behind it so I would imagine it could run a baler just slower. Yes there is other options. But found one locally for 1200 that has new rear tires and a fairly fresh paint job( within last ten years). I currently bale hay with my dad. But looking to get into it on my own on the cheap. I do have a Kioti ck2610 that I know is probably a stretch. When I bought it, I wasn稚 thinking of doing hay. May use it for raking or maybe sickle bar as well depending on how it goes. Right now I知 just getting some equipment together to be able to use. How are the sc痴 as well. They look pretty heavy seem to have a bit more weight than other comparable sized tractors from this age group and power range. So mainly just looking for some input to see thoughts on the sc on running a baler.
