Cat 305CR mini excavator

Those little 305's with cab sell for 30+ up here with those hours. Its the right price for around here.

I watched an open 303cr sell for 16k at auction a couple of weeks ago, it had about those hours, ex rental.

I like when people follow up on posts even if it might be a year later.
I talked myself out of the machine back when this thread was going on. Seems like some time went by and it was no longer listed on CL. I assumed he had sold it. Last fall it showed up again and the same guy was selling it. He had dropped his asking price from 21K to 17K. A week later he re-listed it again and dropped it to 16K. The ad was deleted not long after that.
You guys said it was too high and were right. And here I was going to low ball him at 18K.....my low ball wasn't low enough apparently. I had just bought my 580K so wasn't interested in it anymore.

Thanks for the update. Always interesting to see what things sell for compared to what they start out asking.
