Might be worth looking into if one planing to purchase tractor etc..,but I heard they cost tad more than the other tractor companies. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Probably depends on the dealer... My local Cat dealer is carrying the new challengers and wants to make inroads on the market and is offering what seem like very compeitive prices... I spent about 2hrs. chatting with the salesman at the county fair this year.

When Cat sold its Challenger line of rubber-track Ag tractors to AGCO they also sold the name "Challenger." AGCO has since branded what it considers to be its premier line of tractors "Challenger." The only ones that have anything to do with Cat are the rubber-track models, designated MT. These were designed by Cat and are made at the former Cat plant in Decatur Il. But if you want one of those I think the smallest is the MT735 @ 175 hp or so.

I think the Challenger line is available at full-line AGCO dealers and participating Cat dealers.
