Whenever I put new tires on a trailer, ( I have five) I take that trailer in for an alignment. The cost is very reasonable compared to replacing tires.
One time I replaced the spring hangers on my small trailer and made a mistake on my measurements. One axle was an inch out. Rather than re welding I just took the trailer to the alignment shop and it now tracks true.
