Have CC model 7254, powered with a 25 hp LC Kawasaki, with 155 hours on the meter. I have been using it with a small 3pt hitch mounted wood chipper powered by the rear PTO. While using it today, the pto lost power.
I cycled the engagement button and could hear the 'bump' when clutch engaged but still no power output. The output shaft turns (slowly) and I can stop the rotation by grasping it with my hand.
There was no audiable or mechanical indication of the failure, just the slowing and stopping of the chipper.
This is not a Yanmar Cub and I am hoping someone can give me a little insight as to what to look for in the way of repair.
