CCM Machinery?

Has anyone ever bought from CCM? I found an old post from someone who (I guess) either works for them or owns them, touting their ease of purchase and no-problem shipping. I sent them an e-mail inquiry regarding pricing and shipping costs for several implements, but received no response. Opinions?

I called on the phone and purchased a Hyd top link from them. I am happy with the product and service. Dealing with them I got the feeling they are a small family buisiness that can be easily overwelmed when it gets busy...but that is purley speculation based on a few comments about possible delays of my delivery during harvest season. I will in fact give them business again when I purchase my tilt cylinder.

Just do a search of the name CCM, You will find hundreds of post's from people who bought cylinders from them...

Some company's don't check email regularly-Call them.

I recently purchased a TNT from CCM. My order was at the mercy of Mr. Murphy - severe weather shut down the office for several days. The owner became ill was out of the office for several days.

Would I buy from CCM again and would I recommend them ???- You Bet!!

Mark the ( owner ) was helpful and very honest- I believe they are a small company- with excellent customer service!!

I purchased a toplink from them, no problem and would do business with them again. You do have to call, I've heard they are not the most email responsive company. However, when you call they will answer the phone.

I think that the partners split up, so now there are 2 different business's & names. They wouldn't build you a side link when there were busy, I don't know if that is still the case or not. :confused3:

C&C phone number was: 423-282-2326. You might try to call them. I believe you had to call to place an order anyway.

"haytools.com" does look just like the old C&C website - with different name & address.

Thats unfortunate that they split up.

I bought a new PTO shaft for a flail mower earlier this summer. They were WAY cheaper than anywhere else. A size/class 4 PTO shaft 48" long for $107 shipped to my door.

A new PTO shaft @ TSC was about $200 or more. Even parts to fix the old one would have been more expensive.

Come see www.haytools.com The HayDr has not changed and the products have only had a marketing facelift with better distribution. If the products are the same then, yes the website will look the same there are only so many picture angles that can be shown.

wild will, i just placed a side link from CCM (Carter and Carter Machinery) with my exact measurements and it works perfectly!.. i just gave them the measurements i needed and about 4 or 5 days later they called and said it is on the way after they had welded it up and painted it

It seems that Haytools/CCM/Agrifab all have the same basic product from what I'm seeing. Seems there's a bit of a chaotic relationship between some or all of the players. No matter - it's a great product - I hope they sort everything out. I've been using their top-link all summer -- what a pleasure! I've been too lazy to order the hydraulic side-link, but it's on the list...
