I pointed this Amazon.com: Novatel Verizon 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi 451 L External Yagi Antenna 18db 8 mhz 85 mhz 9 mhz 18 mhz 19 mhz: Cell Phones & Accessories at the cell tower with it mounted on my TV antenna pole that sticks about 30ft above the house.

Connected both with this Amazon.com: MPD Digital 5 feet of LMR-4 Ultra Low Loss Coax Cable with N Male Connector Ends, Black: Times Microwave: Home Audio & Theater run through the attic.
We went from 1 bar of 1x signal to 4 bars of 4G anywhere in the house and 3 bars in the barn, 37ft from the house. I am 13 air miles from the tower with several tall hills in the way. I am on Verizon.
