I got the mill going. I hope to give a detailed report with photos, but intitilly. WOW. You expect a bit of a lerarning curve, but there was almost none. Within minutes I had wonderful boards coming off for my pickets. I happen to have a buch of sassafras trees that my goats killed. They are sawing beautifully and the wood is gorgeous. I didn't realize that it is considered an excellant rot resistant wood, and should make a fine fence.
