Hello everyone.
I have a friend with a Challenger tractor that was mowing along, and tractor started getting slower and slower and then just stopped moving. My friend removed the small inline filter and cleaned it made no difference. The PTO does not work either now but the tractor has all bucket controls. Any advice is appreciated just not much out there on these tractors. Thanks again!

You give very little info to go on. It does sound as though the clutch may be slipping. The cheapest and easiest starting point is checking clutch adjustment since forward motion and PTO power both go through the clutch. As a ball park starting point adjust your clutch linkage to your have about an inch of pedal movement before you can feel the increased pedal pressure of actually activating the clutch itself.
