Two days ago, it was in the 90's, Today it made 70. My flip/flops are retired now and I am wearing socks and sheepskin lined slippers and jeans. HVAC might go from cool to heat in the next few days.

I like it. Now if we can just get some significant rain, as we have a 9" deficit for the year.

At first I thought you were talking politics and we would all be censored!! I am waiting for November.

Total change here in KY...went from highs in the mid- to upper 90's to highs just topping 70 degrees.

The thermometer in the truck said 46 on the way to work this morning. Had to turn the heat on in the truck for the first time in six months.

Here in South Central Ozarks, we went from 80's to 69 yesterday. Morning lows in the 40's. Supposed to be around 70 today, good weather for bush-hogging. Got to finish a few acres. Have fun and stay safe...

We have gotten over 3.25 inches of rain in the last two days. First real rain in close to two months. The ground is so dry the river has not even risen. Usually this much rain and the river would be flooding. The creek to our front was dry yesterday but last night's rain finally put some water in it.

Last Thurs-Sat we had highs in the mid 90s. The end of this week will have highs in the uppers 60s! A good 35 degree drop in a week. :confused2:

Later,
Dan

Send some of that rain over here! Nothing but hot, dry weather for a looong time. Too dry to light up two rather large burn piles I need to take care of. The leaves have already started to fall, now (just drying up and falling off the trees)...so I guess it will be a couple more months before I can roast any marshmallows.

It looks like Florida and the East Coast are in for some rainy weather with Nichole forming in the lower Gulf. I hope it makes it to where it is needed.
