well i changed all my fluids in my tn70 today and i had what i concider alot of metal on the magnet on the rear drain on hyd fluid. i hpoe i don't have some kind a problem. has anyone else had this? been about 5 years sence changed.

"A lot of metal" as in filings or chunks? Filings are normal over that length of time and the magnet is doing its job keeping them out of the hydraulic system. I am assuming that you logged 1,000 to 2,000 hours over this period.

it was just small stuff real small. 400 hrs on the tractor and 90% of that hard hrs bush hogging.

The filings are probably coming from normal wear of the work you are doing plus from the initial break-in of the gears. Magnetic plugs are used for this reason.
