cheapest you\'ve seen a 18-20 hp jinma?

After looking at rider mower today. I was thinking I'd just get another jinma in the 18-20 hp range with a belly mower or rear finish mower and turf tires.
What is the cheapest anyone has seen these for on line?

Farm Pro offers a version of thier 20HP 2WD tractor with power steering and turf tires at about $4300, plus freight from Indiana. Dealer price is higher, includes the freight cost to them. I also willsoon have a 20 and a 25 HP 2WD three cylinder with PS and available with turf tires if you are interested.

when will you have it, how much and is it an LE? Oh almost forgot I need a mower with it.
I forgot I need power steering I didn't realize that was an option.
I also really like the shuttle shift.
