I want to install a hydraulic top link on my 2022 NEW Holland Powerstar 75.
The Magister cylinder I found does not have a check valve to prevent leak down.
It dawned on me that the tractor may have provision for such in the remote circuit ill be using for this.
Am I correct?
If not, what is the best way to prevent leak down on a hydraulic toplink?
Or please provide vendors that sell hyd. Toplinks with the backflow prevention built in.

Use it as is, get a feel for it and decide later. There are kits available that you can buy later on if you decide it needs it.

Some tractors leak more than others. The check valve is often included as a safety feature in case an hose blows going down the road with an heavy implement in the back and not necessarily to prevent to leak down. It just so happens that it "fixes" the leak down too.

Also, the check valve will prevents the use of float function on the top link but that may or may not be an issue for you. I haven't found a need for float on top link yet.

I believe Surplus Center and Agristore USA has some kits readily available.
