Chicken's water is freezing - HELP

How about a wind proof, wide metal box that cannot be turned over with a small five or ten cent "tea light" candle attached firmly inside and a metal waterer that clips onto the top?
Obviously you would need to keep it far away from all possible combustibles, and you might have a problem with the water getting too hot for the chickens to drink.

I guess if it was me I would kill and eat the chickens and then buy the eggs before I would spend tons of money to put in a solar powered water heater.

Water freezing was always a problem and I spent a bunch of money on water line heaters, in tank heaters and hot lamps. 2000 chickens will help keep the water from freezing so just increase your flock!
