I have a Frontier rear mount blower and not had a chance to use yet. It has been extremely warm and dry here in CO so far. I just knew my purchase would keep the snow away.

Anyway, I am curious how often you guys adjust the chute deflector during the course of snow blowing.
Is it set and forget or is it necessary to make a lot of adjustments depending upon conditions?

I wouldn't mind adding an actuator of some kind if it is worth the time and expense. It might make
another fun project...

Thanks for any input,
Mike

depending how much wind ,how close I am to buildings. If I have room to blow its set high ,if i don't have its set low.All depends where you want to put the snow.same reason for adjusting the chute,to the right center or left

sorry mine are adjusted by hydraulics.never have to leave the seat. But if i didn't have that i would just set it a couple times or maybe just set it once and leave it
