I cobbled a circle template for my plasma cutter from parts a had at the shop. The pivot point is 1/4" round stock that I ground a point on. It treads into a piece of 1/2" flat bar I cut done. The adjustment bar is 3/8" allthread, that is adjustable. My attachment point for the plasma cutter is a 1" copper split ring hanger.( I am a plumber by trade). All in all, it worked reasonably well for the first version.

Nice job. Looks as good as store bought.

I have made quickie plasma circle cutters out of coat hanger , bending to fit. Very cheap.

Actually. One of the nicer home made circle cutter I have seen. I have a fancy kit that has a suction cup pivot for aluminum and stainless as well as a magnet and scribe for steel. If I diddn't have this set, I would surely copy yours. Nice work.

Nice. I make them as I need them with what I have at hand. Nothing as elaborate as that tho.

Thanks men. I just thought I would share it with y'all. Every once in awhile it might give someone an idea that will help.
