Ck 25 3 pt all the way up and won't move up or down.

Check underneath that the linkage into the rear end is connected and making things move as they should. If it's not that and the speed valve is working, then something may be wrong internally

Might also try removing the weight and then actuating up/down fast/slow.

Has a orifice in the line and still leaks down.

I thought you were using a Fit Rite top link.
They have no check valve

All the external linkage is connected and moving. I did try it with no weight and no luck with that. Can't afford to disable the tractor right now so ill have to wait untill I have the time to take it apart.
