My father is looking at getting a basically new 2019 ck2510 and I was wondering what kind of issues you guys that own them have run into. Is there anything in particular that this series of tractor had issues with? Does anyone know if the reports of tractors creeping forward after the pedal is released is more isolated/random or common? I called quite a few service departments and they all say basically the same thing, they're pretty solid little tractors that don't really come in for much besides some minor electrical things like seat switches and such. Has this been your guys experience?

At it's basics the CK2510 is the same machine as the current CX2510, and the older CK20. It's a long-lived platform that has been very popular for Kioti, and if you do a forum search for both the CK and CX2510 you'll find there are a number of owners on here.

I can't say much more than that, as I've got a CK2610, but I've been very happy with my Kioti. Also, if I remember in one of your other threads you mentioned a price right about $20k? That was with a backhoe, right? If that all is the case, then it's a great deal to boot. At least it would be in my neck of the woods.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Yeah, he's asking 19k minus what hauling would be for the tractor/loader/backhoe with 19hrs. I thought it was a pretty good deal too. The normal around here is people asking a fortune for what is usually beat to hell crap.

I've been very happy with mine (2014) and it's got about 900 hrs on it. Only problem I've had is one of the FEL cylinders had to be rebuilt and the boom joystick needed repair, both at about 500-600 hrs. The cruise control stopped working at about year 2. I tried to see what was wrong with it but no luck. Doesn't matter as I used it once driving down the road about 1 mile to a friends.

The 2019 might have more bells and whistles then mine. A tilt wheel would be nice as would a power outlet on the dash (I added one).

The backhoe is incredibly powerful and it will move the tractor around while digging. Some Monster Feet for the outriggers would be suggested. I am making my own...one of these days . Also the BH is easy to remove, and is also simple to reattach, especially if you have a flat level place to store it (I do) and some one to talk you into proper alignment (I don't). The 3 point arms and the tow bar can stay attached while the BH is on. I bought a cheap ($160) manual thumb and welded it onto the dippersitck. I also sourced a cylinder and replaced the right lift arm so I have a tilt function for my rear blade and box blade for grading.

The back hoe is too much of a counter-weight for prolonged FEL operations but a 55gal drum filled with concrete/sand/etc weighing 700-800 lbs is cheap to make. And a counterweight is a MUST.

So aside from the expected leakdown when not running hydraulics it's trouble free.
