CK20, CK25 or CK30???

I am glad you are happy with the CK 25, sounds like it gets the job done. Wich is what really counts anyway!
As for the extra 1,500 being a rip off , I also priced the new farmall DX series. The price difference between the DX 29 and the 33 was 1,350. Same size frame etc. So I guess that price jump is pretty equal with most makes.
As far as savings, The Kioti KC 30 cost 2,300 less than the farmall DX29, and 3,650, less than the DX 33.
Now I call THat a savings! And I will say that the IH dealer was reputable and not trying to rip us off in any way ~ In fact he was a pleasure to work with! And if you were in the market for an IH product I would highly reccomend him. But you pay extra for that "farmall" name.

So if you did go with the CK 25 you really would be saving some bucks.
Since I have gone on enough about the Kioti tractor, let me go on a bit about my Kioti dealer!
We got ours at Hoover tractor Inc, in mifflinburg Pa.
Not only a good product, but good service as well!
We get our 50 hr, service for free. His pick up and delivery charge for service is minimal. He's not the in your face type salesman, but will gladly and honestly answer any questions.
I agree that a good dealer makes a huge difference! ~ no matter what tractor you buy!

readytogo, you obviously misread my posts, I don't have a CK25, I have a TC24. The price difference from 2 dealers between a TC21 and a TC24 was only $300. I just got fresh price quotes on a TC33DA 9x3 gear & and a TC35 12x12 and the price difference was under $1200 and the TC35 is a larger frame, beefier transmission, etc. But then again I am in a region dominated by the big 3 brands.

Up until recently the closest Kioti dealership was several hours drive away, now 2 have opened up, each is still over an hour away. The brand is obviously starting to grow, but has not even made a dent in the market share up here yet.

I know people who own a business in West Mifflin, PA, is Mifflinburg near West Mifflin?

Hey, The CK30 was delivered today! Had some fun, moved some mulch, and some dirt ~ tore up a bit of lawn too! /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
A Nice machine!!!! One thing i will say is that it looked much smaller on the dealers lot than it does in my shed!! /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
It gets around well enough, but I don't see taking it in the barn ~ maybe when my skills improve! So don't completely rule out the CK 20! Though I am quite happy with the 30!
Another thing ~ I does have the quick attach loader, and the bucket comes off easily by 2 pins on each side ~ so I think it would be easy enough to switch for forks etc,,,

YoYo, glad to hear that the CK25 can tear up the clay. That's an advantage where I live, and probably the toughest job I can think of asking a pto to handle.
I see by your profile that you have 5 acres. The CK25 is a big "compact" tractor. Do you feel like you have a whale in a pond or does it seem to fit in with the jobs you're doing? I too have about 5 acres of pasture and maintaining it will be the main job of my tractor, when I get one, so it will be interesting to know what you think.

See the attached picture and tell me if these are the bucket attachment pins you speak of. Looks like no tools needed. Remember to keep them greased for easy removal.

yoyo's rototiller is a 'Side-Shift' rototiller which gives a lot of flexibility to offset or slide the rototiller off center to cover the tractor tires........so.......there is no issue as far as covering tire tracks as mentioned in an earlier post. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
