Kioti warranty agreement states that a customer will receive warranty work by delivering it to ANY authorized Kioti dealer with proof of purchase.

> I have also been told that Kioti will only pay the dealers a certain labor
> rate for warranty service and that the customer will have to pay the

Kioti Tractor pays the Dealer their posted shop labor rate multiplied by the flat rate for the job preformed

I hope that no dealers are misrepresenting our warranty, I can guarantee that what I have told you will be stood by no matter what others say.

trelect,

In reference to the Jeanette Ingram email:

I believe some of what she is saying is true no matter what color or brand you end up purchasing. Many times tractor purchases are discretionary purchases and the dollars need to be stretched to get the most value for the money. It's a personal decision to buy local or long distance. I see people purchasing both ways. So, whatever works for you and you feel comfortable with, that's the way to go. The people I have spoken with at Kioti have been cordial and responsive. It's my belief, if service issues arise they will do what's necessary to make it right by the customer. They have some great products coming to market and it's only in their best interest to have satisfied customers.

(The above email from Steve Noel was posted as I was typing this.)

Shopintractors,

It took me a month to decide which tractor to purchase (The CK20) and although I would like to purchase locally I was hoping to find a dealer with a tractor in stock that I could get earlier than the end of July. This is why I investigated the purchase from out-of state dealers and Kioti's warrenty. If a manufacture (Kioti) wants to sell tractors nationally through a dealer network then the dealers (One and All) should be willing to provide warrenty service with no questions asked as long as the customer can provide proof of purchase. Warrenty service on a tractor should be the same as an automobile. We all know it's important to have a good working relationship with the local dealer and to purchase from him whenever possible however; the dealers should also understand that a customer has needs and if a dealer can not provide a tractor in a timely fashion then the customer should be able to purchase from another dealer, perhaps out of state, without being punished on warrenty issues. It appears, with the conflicting reports received today, that Kioti needs to get all their employees and dealers on the same page. Sorry about my venting but I feel purchasing a tractor should be a pleasurable experience not a frustrating one.

Yes, in a perfect world. I haven't found that perfect world yet.

I think we're all in agreement with that statement.

I can't see a dealer holding this against you if he couldn't supply you with the product. I've seen many posts recently (of all colors) where customers are waiting considerable time for tractor delivery. The 0% financing deals have brought a lot of people out of the woodwork.

I have a dealer who is 5 miles from my place and that is conveinent. But when I asked about the CK20 he hardly new anything about them and tried to push an Agco tractor on me. But he knew enough to give me a price that was almost 3k more then what I paid and would not buge a bit So I don't feel bad about not given him my business. Mathey had the same experience almost to the tee. So he lost 2 sales . In business especially retail sales of any kind you catch more flies with honey. Jim
