Congrats Mark! It finally arrived and I'm sure you're very happy /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Been a long wait........

By the way, did you work the price out with Group? Last I heard you were considering another dealer in Ohio.

Good luck and be safe /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

loader detachment issue

my only issue to date is with one of the loader attach pins. If you're not familiar, the loader has two drop down legs to stand on and two pins the pull out and detach the loader. One side slides out easily, the other i had to pry out with a crow bar. Its an alignment issue on the left side loader frame that stays with the tractor. I did a bit of grinding to open it up a bit, and it helped, but it'll need a bit more to make it "tool-less". I'll be interested to see if others have this issue or if perhaps its a random thing.

Re: loader detachment issue

Though I am not familiar with your loader, on mine I have to "push" the loader into the ground (almost lifting the front wheels) to take the pressure off the pins. Without doing that, the pins are impossible to remove. Maybe you have to do that, too...? I have read posts about the Korean-English translation of the manuals - it might not have been clear.... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Re: loader detachment issue

you are half correct. i think...the loader manual is great if you have a sense of humor...you'd think they'd have someone who actually spoke both languages AND knew the product well to do the translation...boy, its a real hoot!

I can "tweak" the joystick a bit and slide the one pin out by hand, but the other never gets to that point. when it gets to a point where i can at least turn the pin, i'll stop and pry the pin out. When you line up the outer frame hole with the hole on the loader itself, you can feel that the inner hole is off a tad bit. It looks like the piece welded on to beef up the hole was not aligned correctly.

Its no big deal really, a little more grinding will get it...but thank goodness for my Dremel and its flexible extension!

Cool pics! Nice machine too!

Just curious...how long is the CK20 from front to back with the loader attached? Over 10'?

Mine measures 12 feet from front edge of bucket (flat on the floor) to rear edge of the lower 3 pt arm.

Cool. I assume it's probably 4-5 feet wide, right? In other words, it'll fit fine on a 5x12 trailer, right? What's the pricing on the CK20 w/FEL? About $10K, or more?

Thx,
Dave

I measure 52" outside of rear tire to outside of rear tire with the R-4's on.

The bucket is 55 wide, from the end of the 3 point hitch to the front of the buck is 12'. So it will be a snug fit for your 5x12 area. I paid $17,600 which included FEL and backhoe. Assuming I would have gotten the same discount if I did not order the backhoe too, I estimate I would have paid about $11,200 for tractor and FEL.
