Yup, i agree. I too had a website and had to change it and conformed to kioti's policy. I had the site for 2 years. Kioti knew about my site and everything i had on it as well. Im sure many ppl had my site book marked too, that’s why I put up a link to my new site with a link to the main site. Many Kioti customers were not sure what the Official Kioti Site was, many thought that O'Bryan was the importer, and thought that was the official site. This was not a good thing for Kioti. O’Bryan signed a dealer contract, just as every dealer does, and this contract stated information about what can and can't be done, and also states that Kioti can change the terms and conditions at any time. This is what they did, so all dealers must comply. Kioti is not going to take the domain with out paying him for it. O’Bryan can either keep the domain as a dead site, or sell to Kioti. They are not forcing him to sell it. All in all i think its a good move for Kioti. There was to much misleading and incorrect info on many ppls websites. Customers need to know the correct specs and the only true way to do this is to have all this info posted on the official site, and not 200 + dealers sites, where info can get outdated by dealers not updating info. Just my opinion on the whole matter, im sure other ppl have there’s. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
