CK20s front diff problem

Was the sacrificial pin being sheared often so the fix was to turn the shaft around? Was the owner always in 4x4 on pavement and got tired of replacing the pin? Who knows?

All great questions and unfortunately will never likely know. Guess this is the gamble I took by buying used. No word back from the Kioti dealership yet...

After falling victim to the 遡ioti hack parts delay, finally the tractor is back together and working. The shop replaced the bevel gear and bevel shaft (ring and pinion) two bearings and various shims and seals. Unfortunately we will never know why this happened, I installed the drive shaft the correct way so hopefully my first kioti experience gets better from here....

Sounds like an interesting situation, did you get any pictures? Glad you got it back together right, I'm sure you saved a couple hours of shop time by striping it down yourself.
