I just got my CK25J FEL w/PHD delivered this morning.. awesome tractor. didn't have too much time to do some chores with it this morning, had to run to work,, argh.. Anyway moved some ashes with the FEL that the previous owner burned some junk trees; in the middle of the field.. Did some circles and that was about it.. Glad I will have more seat time tomorrow.

Thanks for all the helful advice that made my descision easy. Don't worry I'll be posting some pic's, and hopefully some small videos for download as well.

Congratulations and welcome to the pack!
What's nice about a Friday delivery is that you get the weekend to have some fun. Enjoy.

I see you bought the gear version, any reason why you chose gear? I don't want to start anything, just curious. I also own the 'J' version, only a CK20J TLB.
I'll second Gerald again. Congratulations and welcome to the pack!

I bought the gear version for a few reasons:
1. Cheaper
2. I will be using ground engageing implements
3. I prefer gear, since that is what I have used in the past
4. Less filters and fluids to worry about
5. 1 extra HP
6. Once I put it in gear and proper idle, both feet are available for use on other pedals

Keep in mind these are my justifications for my opinions on what tractor better suited me.

Thanks for the interest.

I got some pictures,, trying to figure out how to post them.

HOWEVER, after today and yesterday of a few hours of use, My hour meter is still shownig 1 hour?? Is something wrong or is this normal? I plan on contacting the dealer tomorrow to get some info.. I would think that their should be at least 2 hours on it by now

Thanks,

I believe the hour meters run off the engines RPM's. It's does not clock actual (clock) hours that you work.
