Sounds like poor dealer prep to me except the fuel bowl. They had a batch of bowls that were cracking, unsure of the reason.... poor materials or over tight.

I have 94 hours on my CK25HST. I have had the fel lever come loose and spin around, I fixed it myself but had a heck of a time getting the rubber protective boot up so I could tighten the nut. I have a cruise control lever that slowly looses speed. I have not had any cracks in the fel that I know about, but will certainly check after reading the threads. I think the only complaint I really have is that the fel paint doesn't stick and comes off if bumped. I would also like more hst pressure/power to the drive train before it stops dead-still. But I think the kioti line is great and I think there would be problems with any brand. Some problems are design related, some are prep related,some are material related. Some are the Friday afternoon-hurry-up-for-miller-time related.

Yea I believe my problems are dealer prep related. I also talked to my dealer and I get a free 50 hour service. Thanks for the ideas fellas!

There are times dishwashing soap applied in the right place makes slidding Boots etc. much easier.
