Kioti CK2510hst
Does anyone have a part number for the rear remote kit for my tractor? I don't have a kioti dealer nearby to me, its 2 hours away, but there is a bobcat dealer in town. Does anyone know if the ct122 or similar model to the 2510 takes the same rear remote? I contacted the dealer I bought my tractor from today and asked about just buying the kit and putting it in myself, but it sounds like it may be a little more difficult than that to put on. Anyone with experience?

Not sure how much help I am but I can tell you this fall I installed the rear remote on my tractor and it wasn't very challenging at all. I'm not sure that our 2 tractors are all that different. Fyi I didn't take the wheel off as the directions tell you to do. It wasn't an issue at all working around it. I didn't pull the fender off either. In any event if you're mechanically inclined then you should have no problems. Oh and I got the kit from my dealer. (It came as a complete kit from Kioti along with some simple directions.)

What tractor do you have? I called MIE the other day and got a quote of $280 on the remote kit, which I plan on ordering and soon as I find a little extra cash.

I had installed the double remotes on my CK30hst years ago and as Everhard mentioned, it was that hard. I didn't take the tire or fender off either. I just removed the seat for access. It took me a couple of hours and could do it faster the second time. The Kioti kit comes with instructions that are straight forward. MEI would mail the kit to you or I think your dealer would also.

I've got a CK20s. Like VictorW says just the seat had to come off and that was simple enough. The most annoying part on my tractor was routing the 2 hard-lines that come in the kit. I think I paid a similar amount after taking into account the Canadian exchange rate. (ouch!) Really happy I installed it though. Opens up a lot more options. (and ways to spend money!) Wish the CK20 had double remotes but no such luck. I'm going to fab up a couple more remotes eventually using diverters. My thinking is I'll never really need to control more than one at a time. I haven't looked closely at the CK2510 but I've got the impression it's very similar to the CK20?
