So, I'm probably an idiot, and that's OK, but..
My front axle pivot has always been Extremely hard to grease. Thought I got it to take grease at 10 or 20 hr greasing, then at 30 hr, it actually blew my grease gun hose out. It was an old grease gun, and I had a heck of a lot of pressure on handle, but admittedly, I didn't lift front wheel to relieve weight. Got new Vevor air grease gun today and playing with it, front axle refuses to take grease. Lift all the weight off front axle, still refuses, and I notice the front axle remains level, doesn't drop left or right. I push on left or right wheel, it doesn't move up or down, it's locked level. (maybe applied 40 or 50 pounds pressure, I didn't stand on it or anything, but old tractor, front axle 'flopped' around freely)

Is this some stupid transport thing, the front axle should pivot freely... Is the grease being So difficult related to the locked pivot?

Now that I Think about it, I dont remember the axle really moving up/down on uneven terrian.

Note: the grease on that bolt, the red grease, I think I wiped a big blob off on the bolt, that's not from the grease zerk. Did I miss some kinda prep procedures, where I should have loosened something (maybe that bolt coming out the front?)

On my Kubota, that bolt adjusts the front axle pivot. Loosen locknut, seat bolt, tighten an additional 1/16 th turn. Check your Kioti manual for their procedure.
Also, there may be a square plug on the pivot housing that needs to be removed to grease, then reinstalled. Again, just my experience with a Kubota.

Replace the grease nipple or take it out and see if grease goes threw it. Back and front nipples, important to have the axle move freely & greased so you don't where out the pin.

The grease zerks aren’t taking lube. Remove and clean/replace OR Apply enough heat to melt old grease to loosen ball in zerk.
Isn’t your tractor new enough to get the dealer to figure out why the pivot isnt working right (see 7-30 in manual) ?

Problem solved. I backed that front pivot bushing bolt out, got a big old turd of grease pushing out as soon as I removed the bolt, and also axle pivoted as it should. Pumped new grease enough to push the old out, reinstalled bolt and lock nut, until front axle took, maybe 50# of force to pivot. Once bolt was back in, put a couple pumps of grease in. After maybe 2 or 3 pumps, it wouldn't take anymore, and grease did not come out the sides. Anyone know if this is a sealed bushing?

Yes the machine is plenty new, but not going to load it up, and transport in 1h each way if it's something I can deal with in 30 minutes.

BTW, the back pivot bearing and zerk did take grease fine, and did push a bit of grease out of the bushing/bearing/housing, whatever it is called.

When I backed that bolt out, I did get gray grease; the machine came originally with a yellow-clearish grease, and I've changed colors on each 10 hr lube; grey, then red, and this time a clearish blue-yellow. Not specifically intentional 100%, but I like to pump until I see a speck of the new color pushing out. I probably over do it,

Thank you, you confirmed my instinct, and that is how the Kioti pivot bolt works too. No idea why it would have been locked down solid from the dealer, unless either A: that's for transport, or B: they just gave it the old German torque spec during deal prep?

Edit: also, I could be over estimating the "dealer prep" part, maybe that's putting 5 gals of diesel in it and a price tag?

That is a sealed bushing....
Even though I have an LS, they are similar. When I first went to grease it, same as you described.

My dealer advised only one or two pumps, maybe every 100 hours. If you force grease in there, it will blow the seals.
