I have about 15 hours on mine, Love it so far, i cant tell you any tips or tricks as it really doesnt need anything extra to make it work for ya.

one thing that kind of sucks, is no toolbox on this tractor.
But an easy solution is an ammo can tool box. There is plenty of extra holes and screw holes to go with to attach it and is real easy, i am working on making a bracket to help support for my placement, as i didnt drill an holes.

Other than that it is a nice machine and will work well for ya.

Have a real good look over during next few hours of operation. There always seems to be a bolt/nut or hose loose from dealer assembly. Certainly no big deal, its just nice to find before you loose the hardware.

Nice lookin rig

Thanks guys. Mine actually came with a tool box which is mounted to the ROPS. it's not very big but will do for now till I can find a nice size tool box for it. Really looking forward to putting some hours on it this weekend. My dealer had my tractor on there dyno I'm super impressed with the HP Numbers it's pumping out!! I can't wait to do some customizing to the tractor like chain holder and chainsaw holder and a few other little touches I'd like to add!

The brochure states that gross hp is 24.5 and pto hp is 21.5. The dyno showed 24 pto hp and gross at 28 hp. Now I know those aren't huge increases but I'm happy with what's pumping out.

Torque all the wheel bolts/nuts and loader mount bolts to spec. Do it again after 50 hours or so, then check periodically. Not sure, but I suspect the paint compresses enough to let these bolts get lose and that can oval-out the holes. You really don't want that. So keep checking for a while.
Inspect everything carefully. Some of the loader pins were swapped on mine such that some had two grease fittings and some had none.
While it's all new, take the shop manual and "walk through" the 50 hour service schedule to get familiar with everything: see it and touch it.
Oh yeah, READ the owners' manual.

On the advice of my Kioti dealer, (after I appeared looking to buy replacement spring type pins), I started changing to cotter pins whenever/wherever possible. The 3pth had many that used either the hairpin retaining clips or similar, most fell off sooner or later.

Thanks for the replies everyone I'll watch closely the first few hours for anything loose and I'll watch the pins and check out the bucket level rods. Thank you

My dealer has a dyno and did it for me I believe it connects to the PTO and he said what ever pto hp is then usually add 15-17% more for gross hp. He also told me once I get some hours on the tractor that it will even gain a little more hp as well.

Post Some pictures when ya can??? I traded my CK2510 on this 2610. I did not have a SSQA bucket or rear remotes on my 2510.

i will for sure tonight when i get back from my cabin where it is being delivered too, rear remotes will come in handy for me as i want to get a 3ph wood splitter and the SSQA will be great for switching from pallet forks to bucket for sure!!

In any event, do a walk-around before each tractor use. Twice, lynchpins that secure the lower 3-point arms to the tractor simply vanished on my DK. These pins are very inexpensive at places like tractor supply so keep a few spares on hand. Maybe cotter pins are more secure but harder to remove when that's required; no tools needed for lynchpins.

Good Advice. I never lost anything but I always checked my loader mounting bolts after a good workout. The 12mm bolts on the loaders grease fittings would sometimes work lose.
