CK2610 vs CK3510 vs CK3510SE--all HST

Ive not experienced any uncomfortable vibration. Ive owned a big Ford 4cylinder before this one. Find it smooth as that one was. And yes... it was a bit tight the first say 20 hours or so when shifting ranges. But its easier every time now. And you do clutch to do that and yes idling down makes it even easier. Also makes it easier when engaging the PTO for that matter. At about 1800 and above RPM, where you operate almost all the time, everything including noise smooths out and purrs like a kitten.

Thanks everyone.

Interesting--yesterday I tested a NH Workmaster 35. The HST I tested was relatively smooth in terms of vibration--better than the CK2610HST. But then also tried the WM35 gear version--first one vibrated/rattled pretty badly where the dash was visibly shaking; next one was better, third one was pretty smooth. What that tells me is that either tolerances aren't great or that quality control is variable from LS. Changing ranges on the HST version is much better than Kioti.

Also tested a CK3510--if anything at all, I'd say slightly less vibration than the CK2610, perhaps due to common rail/electronic. Started up a couple other CK3510s; same. At least they're consistent! Haha.

I have the 2610 gear version with almost 60hrs on it and there aren't any crazy vibrations. The range selector is getting much better to use after a winter of switching between ranges while plowing and moving snow banks. It is defiantly clattery at lower RPMs but like others have said smooths out at high RPMs.

I still think the 2610 runs pretty darn smooth at 2000rpm's. These machines have yet to break in at under 100 hours.

That's where I plow at. Set the throttle at 2000 rpm and start pushing.

My dealer was adamant that you operate the 2610 at 2000 rpm to keep it running good and clean. It has no regen so you want it burning those deposits off as a normal process of operation. And of course if your using the PTO its at 2400 which is wide open throttle so well beyond that minimum. I tend to move and work at about 2100 or so normally.

I have a CK2610 HST and haven't noticed any excess vibration. Seems very normal to me comparing to my neighbor's 15-20 year old Kubota (38 hp I believe) and my former JD 3320. My Kioti will out lift my neighbor's Kubota, but the JD outlifted both...but my JD outlifted both the Kubota and the Kioti...but the JD was bigger than my current Kioti and about the same size as my neighbor's Kubota. I am not sure of the Kubota model number...but can find out. They all make so many variants.

I was annoyed by the JD's steering hydraulic cylinder locations though...too low to the ground and bent the cylinder one it not once, but twice by bumping into hidden stumps over the years. I also had some front axle leaks on the JD.

My Kioti was selected on the basis of finding the most capable machine I could get (highest capacities) under the umbrella of the most reliable options available. I noticed all manufactures seem to have more issues with DPF and tier IV machines...so I looked for the strongest 25 hp tractor with a good reputation and Kioti won in my research. While I am no tractor expert, I did make a a few videos about my findings.

I now have 130 hours on it. I have done the scheduled maintenance...greasing, 50 hour service, checked loader mount bolts (actually removed them and added loctite and retorqued), etc...and have had no issues what so ever other than puncturing the fuel tank with the handle on a seed spreader that I borrowed that I didn't notice stuck so far out and forward I guess so the operator can reach it when it is lifted up without getting off the seat. Ordered a replacement tank without any issues and it was an easy install.

Very good machine and great price point. I would buy it again. I just wish they had more dealers.

P.S. Please excuse the dogs. I own a K9 and manage a business. The main reason for the tractor is to maintain our 9 acres of training areas.
