To be clear, the reason why I thought it did was that a video online showed a strainer being pulled out of it.
CK2620 - Did your tractor come with an in-tank fuel strainer? Mine didn't.

You'd be amazed how much crud gets in mine even though I fuel from a bulk tank with a filter on it.
