CK30 hard to shuttle/shift

Well guest i should update my own thread now. No news what so ever from kioti, not even a sorry but there nothing we can do. Just plain nothing. Guest customers aren't that important for them. Having had a few tractors, and of which 3 kioti (DK45SEC, CK30 and CK20S HST) i guess im not worth a response.
Dealer said clutch kit is around 1600$ but i can save by doing it myself.
I was a die hard Kioti fan, but guess now i'll have a CK30 for sale :thumbdown:, and going back to some other tractor color.

I'd go after them as this issue sounds like it's been there since new as the dealer has adjusted it for this problem in the past and not really ever solve the problem, just helped a little bit or for a very short time.

I don't have a Kioti, but customer service *should* be the same in this regard. First, document all your service incidents for the problem. If you don't have the paperwork, then at least approximate the dates for each service. Present this list to the dealer and demand that the problem be taken care of under warranty - your share should be $0. If the dealer doesn't respond in a positive manner, then go higher up. What you want to be is the wheel with a loud and persistent SQUEAK! Make sure they know you will not drop the bone even if you have to contact state officials, TV news stations, attorney generals - - you get the picture. They should not be allowed to get away with this!
