CK30 HST Cruise Control

Anyone have trouble with their cruise control? I tried to use it last evening while cutting grass and it does not hold. The tractor slows down and the pedal is returning to neutral. I don't use it much, but last night was the first time I cut grass and I normally make a long pass before turning around and the cruise would be nice if it worked. Thanks for any comments - dealers or others. This is my only complaint after 15 hours. Everything else is great! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It's a common issue, but usually easy to fix. Follow the linkage by moving the lever up and down while you're looking to see where it goes up under the tractor. There are, if I remember correctly, two jam nuts on the linkage that you loosen. Adjust the rod up, I think, and then retighten the nuts. It's been a long while since I had to do this, but I think that's the procedure.
If it doesn't work the way I said, let me know and I'll go back over it here and take some pics for you.
