Ck30, is this where I add hydraulic fluid?

Thanks. Is there a specific type of hydraulic fluid I should use?
Yes it needs to be a tractor transmission/hydraulic fluid for wet brakes.
Over the years on my gear DK 35 I have have used
Rotella heavy duty universal tractor transmission/hydraulic fluid
Napa universal premium tractor transmission/hydraulic fluid
Tractor supply premium universal tractor trans/hydraulic fluid
And they all worked fine.

I’m assuming these two ticks are the low and full marks on the dipstick for hydraulic fluid? Correct?

How exactly do I add hydraulic fluid here? I haven’t been able to find a funnel with a small enough tip to fit... I’ve managed to add some but it’s slow going and makes a huge mess.

Unscrew the large candy cane looking thing above the 3 point hitch. That's where you fill it.

Are you talking about this? It’s labeled “oil”, is that not for the engine oil?

Yea. That's hydraulic oil. Engine oil is at the front end. Do you have a manual?

atcNick, It seems you are very new to mechanical equipment like this. Glad you are asking questions. Lots of people here that are glad to help.

Take a look at this page, It goes over your CK30 hydraulic oil and filter change.

Here also, for future reference as you get into your tractor, take a look at this Engine oil changing page, as well as the air filter, and all greasing points.

There are lots of things to know, but these few items are a great place to start.

Thank you sir!! I needed those. I bought my ck30 used and I didn’t get a manual with it, and the kioti website isn’t helpful.
