Tires CK30 Load Rear Tires?

Eldon, you should check the loader manual, not the tractor manual to find out the recommended rear ballast weight needed to reach max lift with the loader. Lower weights are not always a problem, but to get the max, you'll need that counterweight.
There's absoulutely no reason that you CAN'T load the tires to get more traction, but I doubt you'd really NEED to. Rear ballast should take care of some of the traction problems AND the ballast.

Thanks John for your usual common sense approach.I did check the loader manual and found it to be very sparse with ballast information. It states to use the loader the tires should be loaded or rear wheel weights used or a three point hitch ballast box.No where did it even murmur a weight figure. It did say to not exceed the gross vehicle weight .I will contact the dealer but do fear that a precise figure for maximum lift with the loader will be unavailable.I do find the manuals supplied with my machinery lacking in substance, but this is by far my only complaint as she sure does work nice. Thanks John for your suggestions, they are greatly appreciated.

Thanks. I was going to suggest that it was around 750. I thought it was in the loader manual, but guess not.
