Loader ck30 loader question

Hey all, I have a ck30 with about 114 hours. When I place the bucket down on a flat surface, it evenly touches the ground. Now when I go to pick up a load of loam, gravel, rocks, the right side of the loader seems to pick up first, then the left side will start picking up. Anyone have any problems like this? Thanks
