Kioti RX-7320 / Kioti DK-45 -- Case/IH-4000 & Case/IH5000 Self-Propelled Windrowers
Hello... referring to the attached images and the bracket in the red circle... does anyone know what Kioti option this may be for? I thought that the 3rd Function valve (RXA-111) bracket would use this but it does not as it mounts on the left side of the loader (facing the front of the loader). I then thought maybe the OEM grapple would use this but I cannot confirm either way. I don't know of any other OEM loader options. On the 2nd image you can also see brackets put in place (pointed to by yellow arrows) to likely be utilized by hydraulic hard lines to the "option".

OK ... so more research ... I found this link ... unfortunately no descriptions in the parts layout for the valve name or function...Still would like to get more info on this option if anyone has more info than what I came up with so far..

Those are just brackets for the 3rd function and the hard lines going to it.

In this case, it's a diverter valve.

ptsg:
... actually the OEM 3 function from Kioti (kit p/n RXA111) for the KL7320 loader attaches with brackets on the opposite side (left) of the loader. See attached images from the Kioti's installation instructions. As you can see the valve is mounted on the left side and it uses flexible lines which run up the length of the loader to the bracket that mounts the hydraulic couplers.
Are you aware of another Kioti OEM 3rd function kit? If so, other than the drawing I found, there is no other information I can find yet. I'm wondering if Kioti changed the overall design mid-production at some point?

The other style of 3rd function is the diverter valve that you showed on post #2. To me, this is the one originally offered by Kioti, with all the proper hard lines and hardware.

My theory is that the RXA111 one, seems to be made specifically for the US market, maybe even by Kioti USA, since a lot of people make an huge deal out of the entire 3rd function vs diverter valve debacle.

The rubber hoses (lack of hard lines), the need to drill holes in the loader mounts and the fact that doesn't appear in the parts catalog makes me believe even more in my theory.

Here are other drawings from the KL701 manual (attached) that I found. It describes detail 2 items what is called:
- Boom Hydraulic Assembly (for a 4in1 std. <bucket>)
and
- Auxiliary Hydraulic Device (option).
Interestingly enough they both depict using the same valve:
Dukin valve - p/n 801Z1-02000 (Korean Mfg.)
I believe this is the same type valve as this one depicted in another reference:
Wavvoil valve - p/n 801W1-2000 (Italian Mfg.)

Quite possible after looking at all of thi Kioti USA opted for the RXA111 version of the 3rd function accessory do downsize on the parts required to add the option. I personally prefer the hardline option as it looks much cleaner.. so I'll likely use the RXA-111 kit and fabricate my own hardlines.

In the Australian and European markets, albeit it varies a bit within European countries, the 4n1 buckets are used a lot and pretty much a standard option. This would also require a third function which would be the diverter type that go on the brackets welded to the loader.

The manual also shows the Euro quick attach instead of the Skid steer quick attach used in the US.

This also brings another point, which is a flat bar bolted to the loader cross member, possibly the same bracket as the diverter valve, that will trigger the auto latch feature on the Euro quick attach as it curls all the way back.

ptsg: Good points

BTW: all newer and current RX7320s now have holes drilled in the loader structure (from the factory) to accommodate the RXA-111 3rd function kit bracket.

I got a 7320p last month and I can confirm its pre-drilled. Now I just need to bite the bullet and get the kit.
