I think, for the vast majority of users, the loader and T&T don't get taken off nearly as often as a backhoe does, opening up the possibility of getting dirt into the system.
With a separate pump, the tractor's main system is not subjected to this possibilty.
I use mine with the system hydraulics, but I can tell you that when I put the backhoe on, it is very difficult to get all the dirt off the connetors. Yes, I cover them when not on, and I blow them off with compressed air, but I can tell you, there's always at least a little stuff on there that gets into the system.
Hydro pumps are very sensitive to any particles of dirt, filters notwithstanding. Yes, I think Kioti has good filtering systems, but they are not infallible in any tractor.
The extra piece of mind from having a separate pump and reservoir may just be worth the extra cost to some.
