Yep! My exact idea too. I've been in the "sticks" for 26 years ... without a tractor of my own till last Dec. I sure don't need anybody wanting to borrow IT, or ME and I would never consider having to trailer it from the city to mess around at a possible rural residence site. And, I can't imagine doing side jobs at all, ever, unless I get into a jam financially. I moved from the city to the sticks at 23 yo, right out of college. It's cheap to have a good Cat skinner do your pad, etc ... everything else can be done by hand or by borowing or renting .... the deal is to actually LIVE in the country ... everything else will fall into place from there /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
