CK30HST Shortage???

Jon, Thanks for the tidbit of info. With record shipments to the dealers I'm betting Kioti is somewhat behind in matching the demand for this model with dealer orders. My dealer has been working with his company rep. to find two 30HST's so he can deliver on sales but it seems that the local dealers that have them don't want to give them up.

Just wondering if the ck30hst can be set up with a front mounted snow blower? lots of snow here in northern Maine.

You might want to start a new thread on this subject.
However to answer your question, as far as I know, no, nobody makes one. One of the reasons that I bought my CK25 was that I could put a snowblower on the back (64" Puma) and keep the loader in place. Yes there is some neck strain but the money I saved with this set-up vs. another orange tractor with a front blower makes it worth while.

Yes you can put a front mount snowblower on a CK30. I just priced one out last week.

My understanding from my original dealer was that the NC distribution center was out of CK30HST stock and the next shipment was on the boat from Korea due in late September.

That info taken with an earlier post that said Kioti had a record shipment month to dealers says to me that they had a stock out and dealers were not able to get their expected shipments on time. This was my personal experience anyway.

I got lucky and found a dealer with stock on hand willing to step in and end my wait. I can't say the wait was worth it (If it's really good I want it right now /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif) but...the tractor is still all I thought it would be and am glad I stuck it out the six weeks.

Being part procurement manager and part manufacturing manager (among other things) the stock out was likely either a failure in forecasting, planning, or execution. Maybe the CK30 is starting to take some unexpected market share??

Yeah, my rep originally told me they were out of the gear models and not hydros but apparently they are out of all of them. I have five of them on order, hopefully by the end of the month they will be here.
