CK30 HST. I have lost all movement, neither forward or reverse. The hydrostatic pedal has very little resistance. When looking I can see the small cylinder moving as the pedal is moved. I've never looked at this system before, so do not know what it is supposed to look like. Anyone have a good schematic? I'm hoping that something just came loose, as compared to a major system failure. thanks

Which CK35 do you have?

pre 2007, the CK35 had a different linkage for this.

again still the CK3510

Kioti sure could have made this all easier. but far from being the only ones.

Does the shaft going into the transmission case move when you work the treadle?
For some reason is the clutch peddle fully depressed and hooked on the keeper?
How long have you had this tractor and what year is it?

I assume this is a new tractor, but the following simple checks applies to all HST tractors.

1. Check if your loader goes up or down, as the tractors hydraulic pump draws its fluid from the main HST transmission fluid reservoir. If it does not work...see #3 on this list.

2. Check your forward & reverse peddle linkages visually, to insure everything is operating properly. Be VERY safe when doing this. You should also check the throttle link (if you have this option)...to insure it's either fully engaged or fully disengaged, and not just in a halfway position.

3. Double check the HST fluid levels are proper and correct. Add if necessary or check for fluid leaks.

4. Don't laugh...but you may be in neutral.

I was going to say check to see if it's in gear, but rademamj1 already said that.

Barring that, does it make any noise when you press the go pedals, like the engine is bogging down trying to move the tractor?

Just to follow up and give everyone a good laugh..

1. yes - that was the first thing. all good.
2. sun had just gone down, looked like everything was attached.
3. Checked fluid, even though loader was working. And, um. Way low. Like below the dipstick low. Filled it up. Put the loader up and down a few times just because it seemed like a good thing to do.
4. Thought I had checked this. Can I blame missing this on it being dark? I left the next morning for an out of town business trip, so it was a few days before I could look at it again. And, sure enough. It was in neutral.
Thank you all!

OK - now I have this issue - i do know the tractor has sufficient trans fluid and it is in gear. i dont use the tractor very often - 2 times ago, it wouldnt move, then the last time i started it, it was fine, but today, it wont move again. Is there some safety catch somewhere that wont let the tractor move when it's activated?

Please fill us in on year, hours, last full service, how long you’ve had it etc….
Still under warranty??
Verify it to yourself that it’s actually in gear, because you haven’t proven it to us. If you had said something like “I put it in low, then I put it in medium and then when I put it in high range it still wouldn’t move …”.
Oh, and what did you do the last time it wouldn’t move but then it did the next time? I’m thinking you’re forgetting something, like taking the park brake off, or it’s set between gears….🤷
Let us know the above and then someone will chime in with some ideas for you. Hopefully it’s a simple misunderstanding of your tractor 😉
