I have prices on the ck35 and b3300 su, both new with fel. Prices are almost the same. Which would you choose and why?
Not sure if I should post this under Kioti as well?
I have never had a new tractor, 1010 deere being the newest ever, but my wife wants us to buy new this time.
Thanks for sharing your knowlegde.

If you like the Kioti dealer, I would probably get the Kioti. Both are good brands, but the Kioti's spec out better, especially in the FEL category. Kubota FEL capacity is skimpy until you get into the Grand L and M series. Just my opinion

They are somewhat different. I do not have experience with the 3300 but I have ck27hst which is the same base tractor as the ck35.

The Kioti is substantially heavier which is one reason why I bought it. I wanted the weight and traction, especially when getting firewood out of the woods, using the loader, and pulling trailers - particularly on inclines.

I also use the 3pt hitch a lot and the Kioti has position control ( as do most tractors) where as the Kubota has a quarter inching valve which I hate.

I am sure others will add their opinions soon.

looking at the b3300su recently. probably will buy one just as soon as finances line up for me. i have a b7800, very simular to the b3300su and i love it. (looking at the b3300su as a second tractor for my small business) i have over 850 hours on my b7800 and hardly any problems what so ever. (few minor=cracked 3ph tube=my fault from ramming with it pulling too big a tree up hill=fixed under warrenty) i put over 300 hours on my b7800 just last year and it never missed a single beat. the b3300su is the largest of the b series. can put larger r-4 tires on it to gain a few hundred pounds when loaded. the 1/4" 3ph controls do leak down very slowly when operating, such as when i am bushogging i have to bump it up just a bit every 20 minutes or so, as a position control 3ph stays put (ex:kioti) i actually like the 1/4" valve for the fine tune adjustments for what i do and i can easily tolerate it slowly leaking down. the b3300su has no mid pto, so if the kioti has one and you need it, that would be a plus. i am not trying to sway you the kubota side, as i just don't know much about the kioti's and i have been around kubotas all my life. just giving you my experiences. if you like a dealer better, or one is closer, that would be a big factor. good luck and happy tractor shopping.

Thanks everyone, all great points.
I have been quoted a price for the ck30 that is about $1500 less than the kubota ( ck35 was a little more than the b3300su), but hate to let price be the deciding factor when they are so close.
Wish I could buy them both and return the one I don't want in a month. Hope to decide this coming week.
Thanks again for your help.

I didn't think of that as a bad thing, my jd1010 needs bump, bump, bump every 10 seconds or so.
Yet another plus for the kioti.
Thanks, this the practical exprience that will help us chose.

Yeah it is not a deal breaker if you really like the Kubota better, I had one with that kind of a lift for 8 years, and learned to deal with it. Annoying but doable.. I see you are a "one of us" in your signature..

If you think I am having a hard time picking a tractor you should have seen me trying to reason between the rig I wanted and the one I felt comfortable spending the money for. My wife couldn't take it any more and gave me an early birthday present, this was a few years ago.
Like tractors all my equipment before that was old, some would glow in the dark.
