Anyone have the shop manual or a wiring diagram for the PTO circuit on a ck3510se, share a picture?
I have a 2019 CK3510SE HST, with the electronic PTO type switch.
I recently noticed the PTO light would come on even without PTO being engaged. Then one morning the tractor would not start. Upon inspection I find the 5A PTO fuse is blown. If I replace the fuse, I can start the tractor, but within 5-10 seconds the fuse will blow. The tractor remains running, but if I shut it down it will not start until I replace the 5A PTO fuse.
Sometimes the PTO light is on when I initially start, sometimes it is not. Of course once the fuse is blown the PTO will not engage. Everything else operates without issue. I haven't used the PTO in about 3 months. I have checked the PTO auto disengage is turned off.
Pretty sure I'm dealing with some type of short, continuity issue in the PTO circuit, but don't have the shop manual available so I can't trace the circuit. I know there is a relay, a switch, the auto switch, a solenoid and something obviously goes through the starting circuit so you don't start with it engaged.
It is under warranty, I called the dealer, they are about 1 week out on being able to take a look. Hoping I can trouble shoot the problem and expedite the repair. And as many of you know the warranty covers parts and labor, but not the actual service call.
