Mike thank you for the input, it made it an easy job. To cut the steel and bend it I have access to a chop saw and torches.

Your skid plate looks great!

Does your TC40 have FWD and supersteer?
On my TC45D with FWD and supersteer there is a shaft that would prevent the skid plate from extending to the front edge of the loader frame. The plate would have to be mounted lower or have a notch cut out for the shaft.

One way I post things in specialty programs is hit printscreen and then save it or paste it to word or paint as a bit map.then convert to a jpeg...Your plate looks great....looking forward to the drawings.

Thanks Tim, My tractor is mfwd w/o supersteer. so I wouldn't know what to change for the supersteer clearance.
